Giving women and children a safe and secure roof over their heads is important to us.
Through the Shelter Grant Program, we’ve been able to invest in organizations that’ll provide victims of domestic violence with ample care, vital resources, and a safe space to heal from their experiences.
The Shelter Grant Program applications were accepted from July 15 to September 30, 2024, and shelters and outreach programs across Canada were able to apply for a grant. The Foundation recently selected 13 recipients, and each will receive a $10,000 grant to put towards their goodwill programs.
We’d like to congratulate the following shelters:
A Safe Place – Alberta
Discovery House – Alberta
Wilma’s Transition Society – British Columbia
Eva’s House – British Columbia
YWCA Westman Women’s Shelter – Manitoba
Alice House – Nova Scotia
Victoria and Friends Shelter – Ontario
Maison Baldwin House – Ontario
Anderson House – Prince Edward Island
Le Centre Louise-Amélie – Quebec
Multi-Femmes – Quebec
Shelwin House – Saskatchewan

From our heart to yours, thank you for your continued support. Together, we are supporting programs that help women and children realize their worth, their value and, most important, their potential for a happy and healthy life.
